The use of any SkinLite product is solely at the customer’s discretion. We strongly recommend conducting a patch test before full application. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel or refuse orders placed for incorrectly priced products.

Currently, we accept payments through Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. EasyPaisa and JazzCash payments are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel transactions if these services are temporarily or permanently unavailable. At this time, we do not accept credit or debit card payments. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct payment details when using EasyPaisa or JazzCash.

Orders and Shipping
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Once an order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped to the address provided by the customer.

We charge a flat delivery fee of approximately PKR 250 per order (as of Feb. 2025). However, for orders exceeding a significant amount, we may offer free delivery at our discretion. Delivery timelines vary based on location, courier services, and unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or national holidays. We will not be liable for delays beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, the customer may be required to pay additional delivery charges for reshipment.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of skincare and haircare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide proof, such as clear photos of the issue.

Upon reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our sole discretion. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method used.

Customers may be required to create an account on our website to make purchases.
